Task-Centered Casework

The process of Task-Centered Casework (TCC) includes the following
steps: initial problem exploration, problem definition, problem
specification, contracting, working with tasks (in various shapes and
sizes), evaluation of task performance, and a final round.
The scope and boundaries of TCC, the rationale for short-term and
time-bound support, and an explanation of the concepts of systematic and
responsive communication are described by Lou & Nel Jagt (according to
William James Reid).
