Labour Law
In the Netherlands, labour law focuses on the employment contract, with
attention to its definition and characteristics. Other topics are: the
power relationship, the Equal Treatment Act, safety within the company,
probationary periods, dismissal law, collective bargaining, and employee
participation.
It is important for a social worker to be able to conduct a legal
analysis of a practical case and provide appropriate advice based on
that analysis.
